Honda S2000 Supercharger Kits


Each Honda S2000 supercharger system includes all necessary components to ensure safe, reliable operation. Our distributors have developed kits for the following models:

Supersport kit
Superb supercharger conversion to give awesome power gains yet better drivability then the standard car. This conversion enables the car to pull hard through its entire power band with no glitches, no fuss, no throttle lag, just seamless power. This conversion requires very little maintenance. The front mounted inter-cooler optimises the performance by keeping the intake charge temperature down. The conversion is available for air conditioned and none air conditioned cars. Left or right hand drive. Although the F20/22 engine and transmission is extremely durable, it may be necessary to replace the clutch. Available for all ages of car, incl. 06-09 drive by wire.

Race Kit – Bottom mount
The bottom mount supercharger bracket and pulley system is the most durable around. Using a 8 rib heavy duty Gates drive belt and a full pulley conversion kit to take the standard 6 rib pulleys out to accommodate the 8 rib belt to give maximum belt traction with no slippage or premature belt wear in high load applications.  With the supercharger being mounted on the bottom of the engine in place of the standard air con pump weight is kept as low as possible. Performance is equally as impressive as with our top mount race kit. Using the same High performance race intercooler core coupled with our 63mm and 76mm bespoke aluminium pipe work power levels of around 600 bhp can be achieved with boost levels of roughly 21-22 psi when using a Rotrex c38-91 supercharger.

Full Race Kit
The conversion is available for air conditioned and none air conditioned cars. Left or right hand drive. Although the F20/22 engine and transmission is extremely durable, it may be necessary to replace the clutch. This conversion works well with the AEM FIC unit. AEM EMS, Hondata K-pro or Flash-pro. Running a full 18psi (1.2bar). It is recommended that a performance clutch is fitted and a minimum of a Decat. 1000 cc injectors and a 340 lt/hr in tank fuel pump are included as part of the kit. With water/methanol injection installed 150% power gains are possible. To upgrade from Supersport to Full Race all that is required is change out the intercooler, pipework, 4 bar map sensor and supercharger pulley.
